Overview

Prism has a heritage of executive recruitment into the management consulting and technology industries and we have spent many years developing relationships and building a large database and network of candidates.

We also work with a number of major corporations to help them find senior level executives to help with internal change agendas.

Given that many consultants and technology professionals are involved in business or IT enabled change, or large scale business transformation our key capability is in providing project/programme managers and directors, business change and transformation experts, IT managers, technical and business architects, and strategy people.

Additionally, large corporate organisations are attracted to high calibre management consultants and executives with client facing experience gained in leading systems integrators and technology firms to augment their talent pools, particularly those who demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. Consultants also offer a diversity and breadth of skills and knowledge as a result of having worked with a variety of clients on consulting assignments.

This enables us to offer an alternative route for senior level management consultants and technology executives who would prefer their career to develop in a corporate role.
